As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to provide a safe environment for you to learn, explore and build the skills needed to create positive life changes. I believe that meaningful change and growth best occur in the context of a collaborative therapeutic relationship that is warm, trusting, and nonjudgmental. I make an effort to tailor my approach to best fit the needs and personality of each individual client. My practice is compassionate and supportive, and influenced by evidence-based practices.
I work with individuals, older children, adolescents, couples, families, and groups. While I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, my areas of clinical focus are relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, life transition, stress and life-style management, school-related issues, grief and loss, and personal growth. I have also worked extensively with children and parents as a teacher, school counselor and parenting consultant.
I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you to see how I can assist you.
